These Terms apply to all purchases made through our online store.

2. Products & Availability

We aim to keep all product information, prices, stock availability, and images accurate and up to date.

Products marked as “In Stock” are usually dispatched within 2–6 working days unless otherwise stated.

In rare cases, stock discrepancies may occur due to supplier synchronization delays or simultaneous orders. If an item becomes unavailable after your purchase, we will contact you immediately with available options including replacement, backorder, store credit, or full refund.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, product descriptions, technical specifications, or availability mistakes at any time without prior notice.

3. Prices & Currency

All prices are listed in Euro (€) and include VAT where applicable.

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on destination, weight, and selected shipping method.

Customers outside the European Union may be responsible for import duties, taxes, customs fees, or local handling charges imposed by their country.

4. Payment Methods

We accept secure payments through:

• PayPal
• Other payment methods displayed during checkout

Orders are processed only after successful payment authorization.

We reserve the right to cancel suspicious or fraudulent transactions.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We ship worldwide.

Estimated delivery times are approximate and not guaranteed, as delays caused by postal services, couriers, customs, weather conditions, holidays, or force majeure events are outside our control.

Typical estimated delivery times:

EU Registered Shipping

• Usually 2–7 working days depending on destination.

EMS / Express Shipping

• Usually 3–12 working days depending on destination and customs clearance.

Tracking information is provided whenever available.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the delivery address provided during checkout is correct.

MyRCPitstop is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

6. Returns & Right of Withdrawal

Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving the order in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.

Returned products must:

• Be unused and in resellable condition
• Include original packaging
• Include all manuals, accessories, and components
• Not show signs of installation, soldering, misuse, or damage

Before returning any item, customers must contact us at sales@myrcpitstop.eu for return authorization and instructions.

Unauthorized returns may be refused or subject to handling fees.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a confirmed defective product.

Refunds are processed after inspection and approval of the returned items.

Refunds are usually completed within 3–7 business days after receiving the returned goods.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is caused by our mistake.

7. Defective Products & Warranty

RC hobby products are subject to wear, crashes, misuse, improper installation, tuning errors, water damage, overheating, and other conditions beyond our control.

Warranty coverage applies only to manufacturing defects and does not cover:

• Crash damage
• Improper use
• Incorrect installation
• Lack of maintenance
• Water damage unless explicitly stated waterproof
• Modified electronics or altered connectors
• Normal wear and tear
• Damage caused by incompatible parts or batteries

Some manufacturers have their own warranty policies and procedures which may apply.

If you believe a product is defective, contact us with:

• Your order number
• Clear photos or videos
• Description of the issue

We will guide you through the next steps as quickly as possible.

8. Damaged Shipments

If your shipment arrives visibly damaged:

1. Take photos immediately before opening the package.
2. Keep all packaging materials.
3. Contact both the courier and our support team as soon as possible.

Failure to report shipping damage promptly may affect claim eligibility.

9. Order Errors

If you receive an incorrect item or something is missing from your order, contact us within 7 days of delivery.

We will work quickly to resolve the issue.

10. Product Compatibility & User Responsibility

Customers are responsible for ensuring compatibility between products, batteries, chargers, connectors, electronics, gears, tires, and vehicle models before purchase.

If unsure, contact us before ordering and we will gladly help.

Improper installation or use of RC products may cause injury or damage.

Always follow manufacturer safety instructions.

LiPo batteries, chargers, motors, and electronics must be used responsibly and never left unattended during charging.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MyRCPitstop shall not be liable for:

• Indirect or consequential damages
• Loss of use
• Loss of profits
• Damage caused by improper use of products
• Delays caused by shipping providers or customs authorities

Our maximum liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order.

12. Intellectual Property

All website content including logos, images, graphics, product descriptions, and text are property of MyRCPitstop or respective manufacturers and may not be copied or reused without permission.

13. Privacy & Cookies

Use of this website is also governed by our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

14. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus and applicable European Union consumer legislation.
